When you own your breath, nobody can still your peace
Breath is a life but also as perceived by many cultures and traditions; is a driving force of life. By Indian called ‘prana’, by Chinese ‘chi’ and by Egyptians ‘ka’. Therefore it doesn’t matter how we call it, the ability of a consciousness breath is a great power to live healthy, interact your body and mind and simply be happy.
Our life starts along with the breath. It is not often when we realize that we breathe thus the breath is essential for our life. We can live few weeks without food, few days without water and only around 3 minutes without an air. Conscious breathing is the observation of our body and its feelings during breathing. The very act makes our breath change. It becomes slower and deeper. This in turn causes – at the physical level – that the body is provided with much more oxygen than throughout unconscious automatic breath. The study reported that during the average breathing we use only 20% of all the alveoli in our body. When we deliver more air into our body together with the oxygen, every single cell in our body is nourished deeper and is able to effectively perform its function. Likewise the brain becomes more active – neurons create stronger impulses, which make our senses more sensitive to any stimulation.
Practice of a conscious breathing unlocks the emotions and releases tension from the muscles. As for the long-term effects, these include: stress reduction, well-being improvement, vital energy surge, sense of mind clarity and inner balance. This in turn transform directly into efficient troubleshooting; increasing the possibility of making positive changes in our lives, broaden awareness, a sense of inner peace, improved relationships and the sense of happiness. Yet positively charged, we are optimistic about life and more conscious about our environment.
Breathe therefore and live deeply and fully!
